Take Notice That

 

You have maliciously made a number of Slanderous and libelous statements in regard to Origins SPSA Inc and have waged concerted personal attacks on myself, Lily Arthur:

 

• In that you and your associates have falsely accused Origins Inc of  waging a  campaign against a group of individuals  representing an Apology Alliance

 

• You have scurrilously invaded the privacy of individuals who have supported Origins Inc Petition for a Senate Inquiry

 

• You have maliciously slandered my name and integrity by fraudulently creating correspondence attributing your fabricated lies as my “words”  and distributing them to organisations with whom I/Origins  have a working relationship

 

• You have tried your best to lie and personally discredit me on various forums, blogs,  etc.

 

• You have spread personal information about me across the internet without any consideration to my and my families privacy

 

• And You have tried to sabotage the networks that Origins is working with, to undermine not only the cause for justice for people affected by past adoption, but also our efforts to work in reconciliation with our Indigenous partners

 

 

This is to publicly state that:

 

·        I do not know you, and have never met or spoken or had any face to face contact with you.

·        I have never publicly attacked or slandered you, or discussed your private business with anyone  

·        I have never singled you, or anyone of your associates for personal campaign of harassment and defamation

 

From this Period Tuesday May 4^th 2010 onward I will advise you to cease and desist your constant and unwarranted public attacks on my Integrity and that of Origins SPSA  Inc and its representatives. I have been advised by the Victorian Police Department to direct this disclaimer at You,  any subsequent episodes will be followed up with legal and criminal action
